The Orange County Transportation Authority retained a consultant to prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for the Transit Security and Operations Center project. With the design plans, specifications, and estimates completed, and City of Anaheim plan check process nearly finished, staff is seeking approval to advertise the project for bid. In accordance with the Orange County Transportation Authority's procurement policies and procedures, Board of Directors’ approval is requested to release the invitation for bids.
