Overview
On January 24, 2022, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors (Board) approved the 2022 Board and Chief Executive Officer’s Initiatives and Action Plan. The Action Plan consists of three Board initiatives broken down into nine Chief Executive Officer initiatives to be monitored through 96 milestones throughout the calendar year. The Chief Executive Officer Initiatives and Action Plan directly support the values, vision, mission, and goals of the Board Initiatives. This mid-year report summarizes the Orange County Transportation Authority’s progress on advancing these initiatives between January 1, 2022, and June 30, 2022.
