Overview
The Orange County Transportation Authority has developed a request for proposals to initiate a competitive procurement process to retain a consultant to provide intelligent transportation systems and traffic engineering services for the Katella Avenue and Main Street regional traffic signal synchronization projects.
Recommendation(s)
A. Approve the proposed evaluation criteria and weightings for Request for Proposals 8-2038 for selection of consultants to provide intelligent transportation systems and traffic engineering services.
B. Approve the release of Request for Proposals 8-2038 for selection of consultants to provide intelligent transportation systems and traffic engineering services for the Katella Avenue and Main Street regional traffic signal synchronization projects.
