At the beginning of the calendar year, the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors developed and presented the 2018 Board of Directors Strategic Initiatives. The initiatives set the tone for the year by determining direction for programs and projects for 2018. This report summarizes the activities and accomplishments from the 2018 Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors Strategic Initiatives for the first half (January through June) of calendar year 2018. The Board of Directors Strategic Initiatives directly support the values, vision, mission, and goals of the Orange County Transportation Authority Strategic Plan.
