Overview
In order to support and accomplish the 2017 Board Strategic Initiatives, and the Orange County Transportation Authority’s Strategic Plan Goal Areas, the Chief Executive Officer develops the annual Chief Executive Officer’s Initiatives and Action Plan. This report summarizes the Chief Executive Officer’s initiatives, action plan, strategies and milestones to be accomplished for calendar year 2017. The Chief Executive Officer’s Initiatives and Action Plan directly support the values, vision, mission, and goals of the Orange County Transportation Authority Strategic Plan and the 2017 Orange County Transportation Authority’s Board Strategic Initiatives.
