Overview
On October 24, 2022, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors approved an agreement with Modern Times, Inc. to provide diversity outreach consultant services for the Orange County Transportation Authority for an initial two-year term with one, one-year option term. Board of Directors’ approval is requested to amend the agreement and exercise the one-year option term.

Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement No. C-2-2655 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and Modern Times, Inc., adding $200,000 to the initial term and an additional $350,000 to exercise the option term for continued diversity outreach services. This will increase the maximum obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $899,862.
