Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Agreement No. C-4-2614 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and HDR Construction Control Corporation to provide construction management support services for the Interstate 5 Improvement Project between Yale Avenue and State Route 55.
