Overview
On November 13, 2023, the Board of Directors approved the release of a Request for Proposals for the Next Safe Travels Education Program project. Proposals were received in accordance with the Orange County Transportation Authority’s procurement procedures for professional and technical services. Board of Directors’ approval is requested to execute an agreement for consultant services for the Next Safe Travels Education Program.

Recommendation(s)
A. Approve the selection of Alta Planning + Design, Inc. as the firm to deliver the Next Safe Travels Education Program project.
B. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Agreement No. C-3-2896 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and Alta Planning + Design, Inc., in the amount of $2,100,000, for a three-year term, to deliver the Next Safe Travels Education Program project.
