Overview
The Orange County Transportation Authority requires the services of a firm to manage, operate, and maintain the OC ACCESS paratransit service. Staff has developed a request for proposals to initiate a competitive procurement process to select a contractor to provide these services. Staff is seeking Board of Directors’ approval to release the request for proposals.

A. Approve the proposed evaluation criteria and weightings for Request for Proposals 260460 for the selection of a firm for the management, operations, and maintenance of the OC ACCESS paratransit service.
B. Approve the release of Request for Proposals 260460 for OC ACCESS paratransit service for the period of July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2031, with two, two-year option terms.
