Overview
On April 1, 2020, the Orange County Transportation Authority entered into agreements with P & H Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Anaheim Fullerton Towing, and Aliso Viejo Towing and Recovery, Inc., to provide bus towing services. Staff is requesting Board of Directors’ approval to extend both agreements for two months, from April 1, 2023, through May 31, 2023.

A. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. C-9-1757 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and P & H Enterprises, Inc., doing business as Anaheim Fullerton Towing, in the amount of $65,000, to extend bus towing services from April 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023. Amending this agreement will increase the aggregate maximum payment obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $305,000.
B. Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. C-0-2175 with Aliso Viejo Towing and Recovery, Inc., in the amount of $65,000, to extend bus towing services from April 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023. Amending this agreement will increase the aggregate maximum payment obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $305,000.
