Overview
At the beginning of each calendar year, the Orange County Transportation Authority’s Board of Directors led by the Chair, identifies a set of priority goals entitled Board Strategic Initiatives. The Chief Executive Officer’s Initiatives and Action Plan supporting the Board initiatives follow. This year, the Board and Chief Executive Officer’s 2020 Initiatives are combined, presenting a balanced and forward-thinking plan which clearly illustrates how the two work together.
