Overview
On February 12, 2024, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors approved the 2024 Board and Chief Executive Officer’s Initiatives and Action Plan. At the end of each quarter of the calendar year, the Chief Executive Officer provides progress reports discussing the activities and accomplishments from the Chief Executive Officer Initiatives and Action Plan with the Board of Directors. The Chief Executive Officer Initiatives and Action Plan directly support the values, vision, mission, and goals of the Board of Directors’ Initiatives. This mid-year report summarizes Orange County Transportation’s progress on advancing these initiatives between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024.
