Amendment to Agreement for Bus Stop Maintenance

Overview
On October 25, 2021, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors approved an agreement with ShelterClean Services, Inc., for a three-year initial term with two, two-year option terms, to provide preventive and corrective maintenance at Orange County Transportation Authority’s bus stop locations. The first option term expires on November 30, 2026. An amendment is required to exercise the second two-year option term to continue providing preventive and corrective bus stop maintenance.

Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. C-1-3408 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and ShelterClean Services, Inc., in the amount of $1,255,750, to exercise the second option term of the agreement effective December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2028 for continued bus stop maintenance. This will increase the maximum obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $4,456,081.
