Overview
On an annual basis, the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) conducts meetings with rating agencies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders in New York. This year, OCTA representatives will meet with New York-based analysts to discuss various topics affecting the agency, including the Interstate-405 Express Lanes, the 91 Express Lanes, the Measure M2 Program, sales tax collections, the Fiscal Year 2025-26 approved budget, and the state of the local economy. The meetings are scheduled with Moody’s Investors Service, Fitch Ratings, Standard & Poor’s, and other interested parties. These discussions will take place during the week of July 28, 2025.
