Amendment to Agreement for Public Outreach Services for the Interstate 5 Central County Improvements Project Between State Route 55 and State Route 57
Overview
On July 27, 2015, the Board of Directors approved an agreement with Hill International, Inc., to provide community outreach for the design, pre-construction, and construction phases of the Interstate 5 Central County Improvement Project from State Route 55 to State Route 57. The initial term for this agreement expires July 31, 2020. In order to continue services, an amendment to exercise the one-year option term is necessary.
Recommendation(s)
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. C-5-3207 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and Hill International, Inc., in the amount of $100,340, to exercise the option term of the agreement to provide continued community outreach services, from August 1, 2020, to July 31, 2021, increasing the maximum obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $501,702.
