Public Access to OCTA Board and Committee Meetings The OCTA Board meets at the OCTA Headquarters (550 S. Main St., Orange), and meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 9:30 a.m. Committee meetings dates and times can be found on the Board and Committee Calendar. Any exceptions to the date, time, or location of the meeting are shown on the Agenda Page. Public comment opportunities and requests for ADA accommodation are outlined on each agenda, which is posted 72 hours prior to the meeting. Members of the public can access Board and Committee meetings and provide live public comment at https://octa.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx. Members of the public that wish to receive language translation or interpretation (from their own translator or interpreter) during public meetings will have a designated space in the meeting room. A document rack is available at OCTA Headquarters for members of the public to post translated versions of agendas.

Amendment to Agreement for Security Systems and Maintenance

Overview
On October 14, 2024, the Orange County Transportation Authority Board of Directors approved an agreement with Convergint Technologies, LLC to provide security systems service and maintenance at all Orange County Transportation Authority facilities. This contract includes service and maintenance of both the access control system and the video management system for a three-year initial term with two, one-year option terms. An amendment to the existing agreement is necessary for continued services through the initial term.

Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. C-4-2293 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and Convergint Technologies, LLC, in the amount of $355,000 for additional project support services and to maintain operations. This will increase the maximum cumulative obligation of the agreement to a total contract value of $835,454.
