Board of Directors’ authorization is requested for the purchase of hardware and services to complete the radio communications equipment replacement on the OC ACCESS vehicle fleet.

Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute sole source Agreement No. C255013 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and Conduent Transport Solutions, Inc., in the amount of $2,876,847, for the purchase of hardware and services necessary to replace 242 Integrated Vehicle Unit 2100s with the advanced Integrated Vehicle Unit 4000P for the Orange County Transportation Authority’s paratransit fleet.
