Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to negotiate and execute Agreement No. C-4-2654 between the Orange County Transportation Authority and Stantec Architecture Inc. for the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates for improvements to Orange County Transportation Authority headquarters property.
